Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Lentils
 - 2 Cups Water
 - 1 Corn (or half a can, rinsed)
 - 3 Mushrooms (approx. 1/2 Cup)
 - 1 Tomato
 - Pinch of Salt
 - Black Pepper
 
Optional Extras:
- Soy Sauce
 - Siracha Sauce
 - Garlic & Herb mix
 - Meat spice mix
 
Steps:
- Dice mushrooms and tomato
 - Remove corn from cob
 - Place lentils, water and salt into pot to boil until lentils are soft (approx. 20 minutes)
 - Add mushrooms, tomato, corn (and optional extras)
 - Let boil with lid cocked to the side until sufficient water has evaporated or mushrooms are cooked
 - Wait to cool and enjoy!
 
Note: If there appears to be too little water, add little bits as needed to prevent curry from burning to the bottom of the pot.
